Spacemaker AS (“Spacemaker,” “we,” “us,”“our”) provides a service enabling users to generate and explore smart ways to use building sites and similar locations (the “Service”). This Privacy Statement provides information about Spacemaker’s processing of personal data collectedthrough our websites, the Service, digital events, webinars, surveys, marketing activities, and visits to our premises (collectively, our “offerings”).

We may display supplemental privacy notices on occasion, such as when we believe additional transparency would help you make an informed choice about whether to provide personal data. Identifiers, such as name, physical or email addresses, phone number, user ID, and other relevant contact information. We might also process your likeness, such as if you upload a picture to your Spacemaker profile.

Usage information, such metadata relating to your designs and user-generated content, screen recordings, search queries, specific pages visited on our website, the duration of your visit, and other information relating to your interaction with our offerings.

Other information that you provide, such as user generated content, inquiries relating to the offerings or this Privacy Statement, survey results, feedback, or inquiries relating to customer support.

Purposes For Which We Use Personal Data

Spacemaker processes personal data for the following purposes:

When we process personal data about you to comply with legal requirements or to perform our obligations under a contract with you or with our customer through whom you use our offerings, failure to provide such data may prevent or delay our fulfillment of these obligations.

Your Rights

Users have the right to cancel their registration with the Service at any time. Upon such cancellation, all personal data will be deleted, unless statutory obligations or legitimate interests require or allow continued storage. Anonymized information, i.e. information that cannot be linked to you as a natural person, may be subject to continued storage.

Retention Period

We will retain your personal data for as long as necessary to provide you with the offerings that you are using or have requested, for the establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims, and as needed to comply with our legal obligations. Data may persist in copies made for backup and business continuity purposes for additional time.

Disclosure of Personal Data

Spacemaker may disclose personal data to third party vendors and hosting partners who perform services for us to provide our offerings. We restrict the purposes for which third party vendors can process personal data received from Spacemaker or on Spacemaker’s behalf.

We might transfer personal data across national borders to other countries, in which case we would take steps to make such transfers in compliance with the laws that apply to that data. Spacemaker takes the privacy rights of our users seriously and has taken reasonable steps to protect your privacy, including physical, technical and organisational measures and access controls, to prevent loss, alterations, theft and unauthorized access to information stored and otherwise processed in relation to the offerings.

Spacemaker does not control the privacy and data protection practices of these third party websites, which should be described in a privacy policy or similar statement on the third party website. If you submit personal information to any of these third party sites, your information is governed by their privacy policies. Spacemaker is not responsible or liable for third partysites, how they are operated, or how they process your personal data. Right to Lodge a Complaint with a Supervisory Authority

We are committed to working with you to obtain a fair resolution of any complaint or concern about privacy.
