The acquisition will have no direct impact on the direction of Spacemaker’s product roadmap. We believe that synergies between Spacemaker and Autodesk will enable us to speed up both, product development and market expansion even further.


Will Spacemaker continue to support non-Autodesk formats?

Yes, we will continue to support general formats. e.g. IFC.


Will Spacemaker technology seamlessly plug into Autodesk software products?

We look forward to leveraging Autodesk’s services and knowledge in making workflows between different software products more seamless. However, the timeline and scope for such improvements will be prioritized based on the requests and needs of our users, and not as a direct consequence of the acquisition

Will my account team or customer success team change?

No. Customers should continue reaching out to their local Spacemaker account teams.


I am a customer of both Spacemaker and Autodesk, who should I call for support?

Customers should continue reaching out separately to their existing account and support teams at Spacemaker and Autodesk.


What will happen to my contract?

Your contract will remain in place. If you have further concerns or questions, please reach out to your local Spacemaker account team.


Can I consolidate my agreements with Spacemaker and Autodesk?

No, for the foreseeable future, your contracts will remain in place with each entity separately. For any concerns or questions, please consult directly with your local Autodesk team or your local Spacemaker account team.


As an existing customer of Spacemaker, will the support and service model change?
No. We have no plans of changing our existing support and service model. Customers should continue reaching out to their local Spacemaker account teams for any support.


As an existing certified architect partner of Spacemaker, what does this acquisition mean for me?

No immediate changes. We look forward to continuing our collaboration in the same way. If any changes will occur in the future, we will let you know proactively. If you have any further questions and concerns, please consult directly with your local Spacemaker account team.


Will there be any technical changes to the login access or website of Spacemaker?

No, you can continue to access the platform via the same login credentials.
